Job Opportunities at Chamber Music Society

The Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center, New York City’s preeminent chamber music organization, seeks one responsible, efficient, friendly, self-motivated individual to be our new part-time Ticketing Office Assistant. Candidates must be extremely organized, have the ability to multitask and self-govern, be detail oriented, have excellent customer service skills, and enjoy working with the public. Knowledge of performing arts is highly preferred. Duties include: processing internet, phone, and mail ticket orders, assisting with concerts as required, processing subscription requests, database entry, filing, and additional duties as directed. This is a perfect position for someone with a dependable schedule and consists of approximately 20-25 work hours weekly. The ideal candidate must also be available to work on Sundays as well as some weekday evenings. Applicants should have prior box office experience and be computer skilled.
