Can’t Come to a Concert? You Never Have to Let Your Tickets Go to Waste!

Exchange your tickets. Our exchange system is the easiest in the city. Subscribers can exchange tickets for another concert when scheduling conflicts arise, even at the last minute. Call 212-875-5788, Sunday – Friday, 10 AM – 5 PM up to two hours prior to the concert to let us know that you can’t come, then mail your tickets back to us. We’ll send you tickets for your selected concert (if your new concert is less than 10 days away, your tickets will be waiting for you at the Alice Tully Hall box office). Or we’ll leave your exchange open, and you can pick a new date when you’re not so pressed for time. Some restrictions apply and exchanges are subject to availability. Sorry, open exchanges cannot be transferred to subsequent seasons.

Donate your tickets back to CMS. Subscribers can also donate unused tickets back to CMS for resale. Letting us know in advance helps us get tickets into the hands of other music lovers. We’ll acknowledge the value of your tickets as a tax deductible donation after your tickets are returned to us.

Transfer your tickets. If you can’t come but your friend can, just let us know. We can write replacement passes so that your friend can enjoy the concert!

Replace your tickets. It happens. Like socks, sometimes tickets just get lost. But that doesn’t mean you need to miss your favorite concert! We can replace your tickets in advance or even at the concert itself. CMS representatives are present at every concert to help you solve any problem that may arise.
