About This Performance

Pre-Concert Composer Chat with Bright Sheng, 6:30 PM in the Daniel and Joanna S. Rose Studio; free to all ticket holders.

Drawing inspiration from Bright Sheng's multi-hued musical palette, one of the most eclectic programs of the season gathers chamber music from four rich cultures. Pianist Inon Barnatan and cellist Alisa Weilerstein return to CMS for a premiere by Sheng. Enchanting French works from two eras, Martinu's virtuosic "Madrigals," and Arensky's passionate Piano Trio, complete the journey.

* FlexTickets are vouchers for concert tickets that music-lovers ages 21-35 purchase through the Chamber Music 360 program. Learn more about Chamber Music 360.
