CMS is taking a road trip to spread the wonders of chamber music in NYC. Two of the extremely popular Rose Studio Concerts will be hitting the road to visit the Third Street Music School Settlement on the Lower East Side and the Mark Morris Dance Center in Brooklyn.
The first concert features one of the world’s most renowned clarinetists, David Shifrin along with the Escher String Quartet. They will be performing the monumental Brahms Quintet for Clarinet and Strings in B minor and Weber’s Rondo: Allegro giocoso from Clarinet Quintet in B-flat major.
Be sure to join us in January at the same venues for the second program in the series.
