CMS Summer Includes Performances in Germany

CMS musicians including Artistic Directors David Finckel and Wu Han, pianist Gloria Chien, violinists Chad Hoopes and Arnaud Sussmann, violist Matthew Lipman, and clarinetist Jose Franch-Ballester, traveled to Germany where they performed at the Kissinger Sommer music festival in Bad-Kissingen.

CMS to Expand Presence in Georgia

The Chamber Music Society is pleased to announce that its annual residency at the University of Georgia’s Performing Arts Center in Athens, Georgia, will expand significantly in the 2015-2016 season from two concerts to eight, establishing the greatest presence in one location for CMS outside of New York City.

In the second major grant announcement of fiscal year 2015, the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) has awarded $75,000.00 to The Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center to support its digital engagement initiatives.
