Student Producers Hold Benefit Concert

Often, concerned subscribers ask us what we’re doing to cultivate tomorrow’s audiences. One groundbreaking and highly successful response is the Student Producers, whose mission is to present chamber music concerts to audiences of their peers, stimulating enthusiasm and zeal for the art form. Who are their peers… they’re teenagers! And they crowd the Rose Studio four times annually for the Student Producers’ Unconventional Concerts.

Sounds great, doesn’t it? It is successful, innovative, and downright inspirational, and you have a chance to support this creative and forward-thinking endeavor by attending the Student Producers’ Benefit concert on May 9.

In keeping with the philosophy of the Student Producers, the committee has planned the entire event, under the watchful guidance of CMS staff… here, members of the committee assemble and address the invitations.

Guests of all ages are welcome at the event, which, in true Unconventional style, features a concert by the Imani Winds, followed by a reception. Read more about the concert and the Student Producers here. Show your belief in the future… support the Student Producers!
