The concert scheduled for Thursday evening November 20 was canceled due to a small fire at the New York Society for Ethical Culture. The concert has been rescheduled for Saturday afternoon, November 22, at 1 PM, at the New York Society for Ethical Culture. All November 20 tickets will be honored for this new day and time. If you were picking up tickets, they will still be held for you. All seating will remain the same, but audience members will be allowed to move into open seats if available.
If you cannot attend the rescheduled concert, we will gladly exchange your tickets (paid tickets only) for another concert (pending availability), or issue you a full refund for the value of your ticket.
Tickets will be available for purchase at the concert, including student rush tickets.

Can I use my tickets for Thursday night on Saturday afternoon? Yes, all Thursday evening tickets will be honored on Saturday afternoon. If you lost or threw away your tickets, we can easily replace them for you.
I was going to pick up my tickets at the box office, will they still be there? Yes, you can still pick up tickets that were being held for you.
I had a comp ticket/guest voucher, will those be honored? Yes, we will honor all ticket offers that had been made.
I took advantage of the “Bring a Friend for Free” special offer, can my friend still come on Saturday afternoon? Absolutely!
I can’t come on Saturday afternoon, what are my options? If you can’t come, you have three options:
I know I can’t come on Saturday afternoon, but I don’t know what I want to do yet. What shall I do? You do not have to let us know immediately—you have up to one week to decide. It would be helpful if you could let us know that you cannot attend the Saturday afternoon concert ahead of time, but you do not need to decide which option you wish to pursue.
