Subscriptions to the Chamber Music Society’s 2007-08 Season are now on sale!
During the 2007-08 season, while Alice Tully Hall is closed for renovation, CMS will take up temporary residence in the Concert Hall at the New York Society for Ethical Culture. Close to home, this is a venue that David Finckel and Wu Han praise for its superb acoustics, and warm, inviting interior, deeming the hall a perfect environment to enjoy a season of chamber music.
And what a season it will be! From the annual Baroque Festival to Composer Showcases featuring music of Faure and Rachmaninov to a smattering of world and New York premieres, this is a season that begs to be explored… and to be embraced in that spirit of exploration.
