Program Description: Wind instruments make up music’s most colorful family, a collection of unique and individual voices that play essential roles in chamber music. This special program presents an intriguing range of wind chamber pieces, from Mozart’s artful blend of winds and piano, to Poulenc’s engagingly witty three-way dialogue. Collectively, all four composers on the program create a vibrant array of timbres and textures.
