Mozart’s Piano Quartet in E-flat was among the first in the genre, and it is still a standard bearer of the form. His “Kegelstatt” Trio is a dense creation that underscores the master’s brilliance. These two classics are paired with ingenious contemporary works, equally inventive, by Steven Mackey and Bruce Adolphe.
Pre-concert Composer Chat with Bruce Adolphe and Steven Mackey at 6:30 PM in the Rose Studio, free for ticket holders. Seating is limited and is on a first-come, first-served basis.
