EASY AND FREE TICKET EXCHANGES (for subscribers only!)

Ticket exchanges are easy, convenient, and free! If you find you can’t come to a concert, return your tickets at least 24 hours prior to the concert to which you hold tickets, and we will arrange an exchange. Please note that tickets received after the performance cannot be exchanged. If your plans are not yet confirmed, you don’t need to specify a new date when exchanging your original tickets—you can select your new date when it is convenient for you. Original tickets must be returned to us. Please see the Subscription Ticket Exchange Policy below.

(Please note that the concerts on 12/14/13, 12/15/13, 1/21/14, 2/9/14, and 3/2/14 are not available to request on exchange. Additional concerts may sell out, and therefore become unavailable. Exchanged tickets cannot be transferred to subsequent seasons.)

EFFORTLESS REPLACEMENT TICKETS

Lost tickets are easily and quickly replaced. Call our Ticketing Office prior to the concert or stop by the Patron Window once you’re at the concert. We can also transfer tickets to your friends at the last minute if needed.

TAX-DEDUCTIBLE TICKET DONATION

Can’t use your tickets? Don’t let them go to waste. Ticket donations are tax-deductible. To donate tickets, please return your tickets at least 24 hours prior to the concert so that we can make your tickets available to another music lover.

In order to process your ticket donation, we ask that you return your tickets to our office:
The Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center
Attn: Donations, Subscription Office
70 Lincoln Center Plaza, 10th Floor
New York, NY 10023-6582

Please be aware that seats that are released through exchange and donation are often reassigned, and if you have indicated your intention to release your tickets, we reserve the right to reassign them unless you let us know.
