"Chamber: Connect" App Launched

Shine - Great Neck South High School have launched a new app under the mentorship of Brett Bachman (co-chair, CMS Global Council) and with a grant from CMS as winners of the inaugural Young Musicians Innovation Challenge. Working with a student from New Hyde Park Memorial High School, the team’s Chamber: Connect app allows users to share their performances, chat with each other, and learn about the art of chamber music.

Connecting the world through chamber music, and connecting chamber music with the world. Chamber Connect takes chamber music and fuses it with social media in a way that has never been done before. After users create an account, they can access the many features in Chamber Connect.
Video-Sharing - Users can upload videos of themselves singing or playing an instrument and share it with the rest of the world. Anyone can view the videos!
Chat - Chat with your fellow musicians about anything and everything with this feature of Chamber Connect! Share videos with each other, plan out duets, and more.
Learn - Learn about different cultures and composers with a selection of specially curated content. Chamber music isn’t just for musicians, it can be for anyone.
