How do I get tickets to Summer Evenings Outdoors performances?
Free tickets to Summer Evenings Outdoors performances are only available through the TodayTix lottery. Winning the lottery grants you access to one pod, which includes two armless chairs with a minimum of 6 ft distance from other pods. All seats are located on accessible routes and can be removed to make space for mobility devices.

You must download the TodayTix to enter the lottery. Set a reminder and enter lotteries here.

Guests must show proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of the event or full vaccination completed 14 days prior to the event. Guests will be required to complete a health survey within the 24 hours leading up to the event. Read more about healthy and safety protocols at Lincoln Center here.

The event I had tickets to was cancelled due to COVID-19 concerns. What happens now?
In response to the developing COVID-19 situation, in coordination with Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, CMS has cancelled concerts through May 2021. The health and safety of our concertgoers, artists, guests, patrons, program participants and staff is our highest priority. Ticket-holders to these events have several options. How can I purchase tickets?
BY PHONE: Call 212-875-5788, Monday-Friday, 10 AM-5 PM. Sunday hours are dependent on concert start time. Holiday and summer hours may differ, please call to confirm.

IN PERSON: Visit the Alice Tully Hall Box Office in the lobby of Alice Tully Hall at 1941 Broadway, 65th Street and Broadway, Monday – Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM, Sunday 12 PM to 6 PM. The box office is also open until 30 minutes after the start of any performance.

Are there handling fees when purchasing a ticket?
There is a $2 per ticket handling fee when purchasing single tickets online. There are no handling fees if you order single tickets by phone or in person at the Alice Tully Hall Box Office. There is a $7 handling fee for all subscriptions.

What type of subscriptions are available?
There are many different subscription options available. Create your own package by selecting as few as three concerts per season, or explore our other options, such as day-of-the-week, curated, and young audience discount packages. View the full list of subscription options here.

When will I receive my tickets in the mail?
Your tickets will take up to two weeks to reach you. If you don’t receive your tickets, please call our ticketing office at 212-875-5788 and replacements can be issued. Note: CMS does not mail tickets outside of the country. If a foreign address is associated with the ticket order, your tickets will be held at the Alice Tully Box Office for pick-up on the day of the performance. CMS is not responsible for delayed or undeliverable mail.

I forgot my password. How can I log in to buy tickets?
Click the 'Reset your password' tab on the log in screen. If you are still having difficulty, contact the ticketing office at 212-875-5788 and we will help you to reset your password.

Can I exchange my ticket for another concert?
Ticket exchanges are for subscribers only. View full details on subscriber exchanges here.

How can I donate my tickets?
Can’t use your tickets? Don’t let them go to waste. Ticket donations are tax-deductible. To donate tickets, please return your tickets at least 24 hours prior to the concert so that we can make your tickets available to another music-lover.

Please be aware that seats that are released through exchange and donation are often reassigned. If you have indicated your intention to release your tickets, we reserve the right to reassign them.

I lost my ticket. How can I get a replacement?
Lost tickets are easily and quickly replaced. Call our Ticketing Office at 212-875-5788 prior to the concert or stop by the Patron Window once you’re at the concert to have your tickets reprinted. We can also transfer tickets to your friends at the last minute if needed.

What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. Programs, dates, times, and venues are subject to change without notice. Subscribers may exchange onto another date, pending availability.

Do you offer a senior discount?
A 10% senior discount is available in-person (pending availability) at the Alice Tully Hall Box Office.

Do you offer a military discount?
Active-duty personnel and veterans of the US military can save 25% on single tickets (limit 2) when purchasing in-person at the Alice Tully Hall Box Office. Please present a valid military or veteran ID card, or a DD Form 214 when purchasing.

Does CMS sell gift certificates?
Yes, please contact the CMS Ticketing Office directly at 212-875-5788 in order to purchase a gift certificate in any amount.

Are there student rush tickets available?

Attending an Event

Where are your concerts and how do I get there?
CMS performs at two venues at Lincoln Center - Alice Tully Hall and the Daniel and Joanna S. Rose Studio.

Alice Tully Hall, Starr Theater, Adrienne Arsht Stage is located at 1941 Broadway (on 65th St between Broadway and Amsterdam).

The Daniel and Joanna S. Rose Studio is located at 165 W. 65th Street in the 10th floor of the Rose Building. Please enter the Rose Building from the street-level escalator near the northeast corner of 65th Street and Amsterdam Avenue. The Rose Studio seats around 100 people, and most CMS events in the Studio are general admission seating.

How long is the performance?
Most concerts at Alice Tully are approximately two hours, including one 15-minute intermission. For specific timings, please visit the event page or call the Ticketing Office at 212-875-5788.

What time should I arrive for a concert?
We recommend arriving about 15 minutes early to allow enough time to pick up your tickets and find your seats.

Is there a coat check at the venues?
Yes, there is a coat check available in the lobby of Alice Tully Hall and a coat rack available outside of the Rose Studio.

Where can I park?
Lincoln Center offers convenient onsite parking directly under the theaters. Please visit this site, or call CenterCharge at 212-721-6500 to reserve your space.

Look for garage entrances on left and right in the middle of the block between Amsterdam Avenue and Broadway, on 62nd Street between Amsterdam Avenue and Broadway, and on 66th Street between Amsterdam Avenue and Broadway.

What is the dress code?
There is no formal dress code for CMS events. Business casual attire is worn by most audience members.

Do you sell merchandise at the concerts?
Yes, we often have CDs and other merchandise available at the CMS Merchandise Booth in the Alice Tully Hall lobby. The booth is open pre-concert and during intermission.


Can I bring a child to the concert?
Children 5 years and older are allowed at performances. Please note that all attendees, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Any individual disrupting the performance in any way will be asked to leave the hall. Please call our ticketing office at 212-875-5788 if you have questions regarding a specific performance. For families, we recommend our Meet the Music! series, which is designed for children ages 6 and up.

Can I hear a recording of the concert I just saw?
