Christoph Wolff
WriterChristoph Wolff is Adams University Professor Emeritus at Harvard University, where he taught music history for almost four decades. Born and educated in Germany, he served at the University of Toronto, Columbia University, and Princeton University before joining the Harvard faculty in 1976. He has published widely on the history of music from the 15th to the 20th centuries, notably on Bach and Mozart. His last book is Bach’s Musical Universe: The Composer and His Work (New York, 2020).
