40 & Under Membership

Joining CMS 40 & Under is free! Follow these three easy steps to sign up and get access to $20 mainstage tickets.

  1. Set Up Your CMS Account 
    If you do not already have a CMS account, click the link below to create one prior to filling out the 40 & Under form. Everyone submitting a request for membership must have an account. Once created, return to this page to continue with step 2.

  2. Fill Out the CMS 40 & Under Form
    Complete the form below and make sure to submit a valid ID that includes your birthdate. 


  3. Look Out for Your Confirmation Email
