CMS Announces Newly Recorded Digital Performances
July 6, 2021Evenings at the Fredrick R. Koch Foundation Townhouse
CMS presents a series of eight free, digital performances in the weeks leading up to its return to Alice Tully Hall in October. Every Monday evening at 7:30 PM ET, from July 12 to August 30, audiences can enjoy a one-hour performance by CMS artists. The eight concerts were recorded this spring, produced and directed by Art Docs, with the generous support of the Frederick R. Koch Foundation, at the Frederick R. Koch Foundation Townhouse, a historic property built by F.W. Woolworth.
The Townhouse is the perfect setting for chamber music, architecturally stunning and full of beautiful artworks and objets d’art from around the world. The concerts honor the late Frederick R. Koch’s lifelong dedication to generously supporting the visual and performing arts.
Each performance will be streamed on the CMS website and the Violin Channel and will reman on demand in our Watch & Listen section for one year.
