What is the temperature like inside Alice Tully Hall?
For the comfort of our artists and the protection of their instruments, the temperature is kept at 69 degrees year-round. You can expect it to feel warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
Can I purchase CMS tickets through a resale marketplace or third party?
CMS is not responsible for tickets purchased through online resale marketplaces or unofficial ticket brokers. Third-party tickets may not be valid and may be more expensive than the actual face value of the ticket. We cannot replace lost tickets purchased through a third party. If you have questions about the legitimacy of a third-party ticketing website, please contact us before purchasing.
How can I purchase tickets?

IN PERSON
Visit the Alice Tully Hall Box Office on Broadway at 66th Street, Monday–Saturday 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, Sunday 12:00 PM–6:00 PM, and until 30 minutes after the start of Alice Tully Hall performances.
The Rose Studio at CMS Box Office (165 West 65th Street, 10th Floor) is open 45 minutes prior to the start of events in the Rose Studio at CMS and until 30 minutes after the start of any Rose Studio event.
What type of subscriptions are available?
There are many different subscription options available. Create your own package by selecting as few as three concerts per season, or explore our other options, such as day-of-the-week, curated, and young audience discount packages. View the full list of subscription options here.
When will I receive my tickets in the mail?
Single tickets are mailed within one business day of your order. Please note, it may take up to two weeks to reach you. If you don’t receive your tickets, please call our ticketing office at 212-875-5788 and replacements can be issued.
If ordering a subscription, tickets will arrive over the summer before the season begins, or otherwise within one business day of your order after September.
Please note: CMS does not mail tickets outside of the country. If a foreign address is associated with the ticket order, your tickets will be held at the Alice Tully Box Office for pick-up on the day of the performance. CMS is not responsible for delayed or undeliverable mail.
If your performance is within 14 days of ordering, your physical tickets will automatically be held at the box office for pickup.
I forgot my password. How can I log in to buy tickets?
Click the 'Forgotten your password' tab on the login screen. If you are still having difficulty, contact the Audience & Ticketing Services team at 212-875-5788, and we will help you to reset your password.
Can I exchange my ticket for another concert?
We recognize that situations change rapidly in today's environment. Contact us to discuss your options. As always, subscribers receive free exchanges. View full details on subscriber exchanges here.
I lost my ticket. How can I get a replacement?
Lost tickets are easily and quickly replaced. Call our Ticketing Office at 212-875-5788 prior to the concert or stop by the Patron Window once you’re at the concert to have your tickets reprinted. We can also transfer tickets to your friends at the last minute if needed.
What is your refund policy?
All ticket sales are final, however, we recognize that situations change rapidly in today's environment. Contact us to discuss your options.
Do you offer a senior discount?
A 10% senior discount is available in-person (pending availability) at the Alice Tully Hall Box Office.
Do you offer a military discount?
Active-duty personnel and veterans of the US military can save 25% on single tickets (limit 2) when purchasing in-person at the Alice Tully Hall Box Office. Please present a valid military or veteran ID card, or a DD Form 214 when purchasing.
Does CMS sell gift certificates?
Yes, please contact the CMS Ticketing Office directly at 212-875-5788 in order to purchase a gift certificate in any amount.
Are there student rush tickets available?

Where are your concerts and how do I get there?
CMS performs at two venues at Lincoln Center—Alice Tully Hall and the Daniel and Joanna S. Rose Studio at CMS.

Starr Theater, Adrienne Arsht Stage
1941 Broadway (on 65th St between Broadway and Amsterdam).
Daniel and Joanna S. Rose Studio
165 West 65th Street in the 10th floor of the Rose Building.
Please enter the Rose Building from the street-level escalator near the northeast corner of 65th Street and Amsterdam Avenue.
Where can I park near Lincoln Center?
Lincoln Center has partnered with Metropolis to enhance your parking experience. The new system provides a seamless drive-in and drive-out experience that is fast, secure, and efficient. With state-of-the-art technology, drivers will enjoy easy and frictionless payment through a simple one-time sign-up.
You can register your payment information and license plate number anytime from your phone here or through the Metropolis app on your iPhone. It takes less than a minute! Forgot to register? Simply scan one of the QR codes located throughout the parking lot and garage upon arrival. Once you've signed up, your vehicle will be linked to your account, and payment will be processed automatically upon exit.
When you enter the parking area, your license plate will be scanned automatically, ensuring a smooth experience. Your information is stored securely, and upon departure, our cameras will recognize your vehicle and match it to your existing account.

Accessible Parking
-Designated accessible parking spaces are located in the Yellow Section of the Plaza Garage

What should I wear?
Come as you are! There is no wrong way to enjoy a CMS concert. Business casual attire is worn by most audience members. Formal dress is worn to gala events.

Do you sell merchandise at the concerts?
Yes, we often have CDs and other merchandise available at the CMS Merchandise Booth in the Alice Tully Hall lobby. The booth is open pre-concert and during intermission. You may also purchase merchandise online.
Can I bring a child to the concert?
While we recognize that people of all ages may enjoy chamber music, CMS recommends children 6 years and older to attend regular CMS programming. Please note that all attendees, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Any individual disrupting the performance in any way will be asked to leave the hall. For families, we recommend our family programming, from our Meet the Music! series for children 6 and up and CMS Kids series for children ages 3-6.

Do you offer discounts for SNAP/EBT/WIC cardholders?
SNAP/EBT/WIC cardholders can reserve $5.00 tickets per event for up to 4 guests when purchasing in-person at the box office or over the phone. Please present a valid SNAP/EBT/WIC card and a photo ID at the box office at ticket pickup.
How can I donate my tickets?
Can’t use your tickets? Don’t let them go to waste. Ticket donations are tax-deductible. To donate tickets, please return your tickets at least 24 hours prior to the concert so that we can make your tickets available to another music-lover.

Please be aware that seats that are released through exchange and donation are often reassigned. If you have indicated your intention to release your tickets, we reserve the right to reassign them.
