CMS’s season opening offers an exploration of Joseph Haydn with a program demonstrating his versatility in a variety of genres. Renowned mezzo-soprano Stephanie Blythe lends her mesmerizing voice to Haydn’s cantata Arianna a Naxos. After Haydn’s bombastic ”Surprise” Symphony, join the artists and your fellow audience members for a celebratory toast.
